If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our service or with the service provided by one of our clinical staff members, then we encourage you to call the DLH Corp corporate office at 770–554–3545 and ask for the Operations Department. Or, from the menu, select Option 2, then press 7428 to reach the appropriate corporate representative, and describe your concern.
If you reach voice mail, then please leave your name, phone number, and the best time to call you back. A corporate representative will call you back, typically within 2 business days, to hear about your concern. We will work with you to address it appropriately.
Additionally, if any individual or organization with a concern about the quality or safety of patient care delivered by DLH Corp clinical staff feels the concern has not been addressed sufficiently by DLH Corp management, we invite and encourage that person or organization to file that concern with The Joint Commission in any of the following ways:

DLH Corp takes no retaliatory or disciplinary action against any clinical staff member or employee who reports patient safety or quality of care concerns to The Joint Commission. This is yet another way we demonstrate our commitment to patient care quality and safety.
