Dr. Jacqui Barkoski is an environmental epidemiologist with over a decade of experience spanning academic, non-profit, and private research sectors. She specializes in exposure characterization for epidemiology studies including the design and implementation of exposure-health questionnaires, evaluation of chemical biomarkers, and advising on data integration to study the health impacts of extreme weather and climate disasters. Dr. Barkoski provides technical oversight for a range of environmental epidemiology studies, including community-based exposure-health surveys, advanced analyses of electronic health record (EHR) data linked to various environmental exposures, and conducts literature reviews to inform multidisciplinary research collaborations. Dr. Barkoski holds an MPH in Occupational and Environmental Epidemiology from the University of Michigan and a PhD in the same field from the University of California, Davis.
