These certifications are designed to measure employee happiness across critically important workplace areas, including engagement, employee experience, leadership, culture, benefits, and more. Both awards are based entirely on feedback from our current employees about their workplace experience.

• Team and pride: 87% of respondents said they felt pride in their work, collective accomplishments, and willingness to go the extra mile for the team’s benefit. 

• Innovation: 83% of respondents answered favorably about DLH’s ability to continuously improve, adapt quickly, and generate game-changing opportunities.  

• Benefits and rewards: 60% of respondents believe that DLH offers unique benefits and rewards, marking a significant increase from 46% in last year’s survey. This positive trend highlights our progress and presents an opportunity to continue enhancing employee recognition.
