DLH Medical Modeling and Simulation Account Executive named Deputy Track Chair for MODSIM World 2023!

DLH Medical Modeling and Simulation Account Executive Frank Karluk, MA, PMP, NRP was recently named a Deputy Track Chair for MODSIM World 2023!  Congratulations to Frank for his leadership within the modeling and simulation community.

MODSIM World is a multi-disciplinary conference for the exchange of modeling and simulation knowledge, research and technology. The event features a jam-packed agenda including papers, panels, workshops, and events, and serves as an incubator for cutting edge simulation-based solutions to complex problems. MODSIM World is an event of the National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA), of which DLH is a corporate member.

Earlier this spring, Frank attended MODSIM World 2022 in Norfolk, VA. There, he took part in a panel discussion on advancing medical simulation. His focus? “Imposing Empathy Into Medical Simulation”.

Frank has over 30 years’ experience in the medical field in multiple areas including advancing patient care on the battlefield, direct patient care in the hospital setting, instruction, and curriculum development.

Great job by Frank and his peers bringing attention to the medical modeling and simulation arena as the health and medical communities prepare to battle future public health concerns, including pandemics and mass casualty events.
