Leslie Graves

Leslie Graves serves as the company’s Senior Vice President, Human Capital Operations. In this role, Leslie leads all aspects of DLH’s Human Capital organization, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to excel and contribute to the company’s growth. She is committed to fostering a workforce that is engaged and inclusive.

With over 20 years of experience in human capital management, Leslie has a history of leading teams to achieve service excellence and meet critical business objectives. She believes collaboration and partnership between corporate leadership and the workforce can cultivate a strong, responsive, and service-oriented culture. As such, Leslie focuses intently on aligning the DLH’s core values with employee engagement, development, and retention.

Before joining DLH, Leslie held various leadership roles in Human Capital at Danya International, overseeing operations in the U.S. and Kenya. She also served in the United States Air Force, with assignments across the U.S., Europe, and the Pacific.

Leslie is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and has completed leadership development programs at George Mason University and Cornell University. She lives in Northern Virginia and actively participates in several women’s and outreach ministry programs.
