GRSi Promotes Kelly Baldwin to Senior Vice President of Defense Programs

GRSi, an industry-leading innovator in enterprise technology professional services, announces that it has promoted Kelly Baldwin to Senior Vice President of Defense Programs. This marks the first senior vice president position in GRSi’s history and is a landmark in the company’s growth.  Kelly will also continue to serve as General Manager of NIWC Operations, based in Charleston, South Carolina. Having been with the company since 2015, ascending to a vice president role in September of 2020, Kelly has proven himself as a tremendous leader, delivering on GRSi’s employee-first and client-focused culture. Kelly has enriched the employee experience and expanded the company’s technical capabilities, all while winning contract competitions contributing to approximately 50% of GRSi’s $500M awards in 2021.
